Train all heads of triceps 2 times a week i.e. 2x/week.Progressive overload with compound movements.High protein intake, IE 1 gm per Lbs/BW.Track your progress.Not totally focus on triceps.Eat enough calories.Dont focus on accessory instead of compounds movement.There are some warmup exercises -
