The draft charges affirmed that the blamed supported drug dealing and consumed drugs like 'hashish' (weed), 'charas', cocaine and other psychotropic substances without substantial permit, license or authorisation inside the Mumbai Metropolitan district.
" Therefore, they have been charged under important arrangements of the NDPS Act, including segments 27 and 27 A (supporting unlawful traffic and holding onto wrongdoers) 28 (discipline for endeavors to carry out offenses), 29 (whoever abets, or is involved with a criminal connivance), according to the draft charges," the report says.
Rhea Chakraborty, who is recorded as blamed number 10, purportedly got numerous conveyances of 'marijuana' from denounced Samuel Miranda, her sibling Showik, Dipesh Sawant and others and gave them over to Sushant Rajput, the charge said. She even made installments for those conveyances between March 2020 and September that year.
According to the draft charges, Rhea's sibling Showik was in ordinary touch with drug sellers and had gotten numerous conveyances from co-blamed subsequent to setting orders for maryjane and ganja/charas. These conveyances were given over to Rajput.
Sushant Singh Rajput was tracked down dead at his Bandra home on June 14 of every 2020.
